Description: Kaji takes a brief defensive stance, leaning back he conjures up a surge of magic power as the continually glowing Fire materia fades. The Thunder materia then begins to gradually light up , crackling with arcs of pure plasma. Kaji's body is quickly wreathed in electricity as he charges his opponent and initiates a quick four strike combination with his fists, the electricity beings to charge up in blinding white bolts, ending the combo in a backflip kick paralyzing and launching his opponent into the air, fully charged with energy Kaji leaps after them the energy around him takes the rough visage of a dragon as unfurled wings of kinetic energy propel him up and over the target. The trailing electrical stream from his legs manifests as a tail, Kaji then rolls forward repeatedly gaining momentum before dropping violently striking his victim with a brutal, high velocity Axe kick “the tail”. Electrocuting the prone victim as it sends them hurling back towards the ground at break neck speeds, The impact surges forth with a radial electrical explosion that damages all nearby enemies and items as the electrical arcs sprawl and jump to nearby objects only to fade slowly.

Brock rushes in and slashes a single opponent twice with his Combat Knife (Sword, or Durandal's plasma Blade), he then delivers a backhand strike ( Pommel Strike if sword is equipped or Stock strike with Durandahl) to the head effectively stunning them before performing a single leg sweep Takedown rendering them prone (Replaces sweep with a Shoulder charge for larger opponents).

Brock Willmot stunning causes the opponent to be unable to act for a turn. So please remove "gives him a bonus to initiate an evade/attack/item usage upon any opponents next action." As they will not be able to act on their next turn anyways, and it would be to strong to have it carry to a subsequent turn.
Name: Flight Description: Mako energies flow through Rin’s veins that augments his body to passively gain the ability of Flight. Allowing him to combat airborne opponents with lesser difficulty than those who can’t fly.
Transformation
Name: Shiva-Touched Element: Ice Slot Level: 1 Description: Shiva-Touched is a transformation where a veil of frost constantly emits from Rin’s body. The mako in his eyes glows with a piercing pale blue as well. The ice-infused mako seeps into the ground and the air around him to drastically lower the temperature to freezing levels. Liquid of room temperature cracks as the mako freezes the surface of the liquid. Bolstering incredible speed and reflexes. Rin gains resistance to Ice based attacks and is strong against Lightning based defenses/attacks.
Rin Armada approved. The only change needed was with the transformation they would have immunity to ice rather than resistance, and that they would also inherit a fire weakness. I went ahead and added

Mastered Limit Break
Name: Oz's Grenade Launcher Slot Level: 1, 2 Unlock Receipts: Loss- ffviireunion.freeforums.net/thread/1120/saving-private-bryant Description: Sergeant Oswald traded in his RPG for a new grenade launcher capable of being fired multiple times after it is given some time to cool down. An anti-tank weapon, the explosion has a medium radius and deals heavy non-elemental damage.
Note: This will replace the 1st limit. It does the same thing it is just updated to a weapon that could feasibly be shot multiple times to reflect it is a mastered limit break.
Name: Hidden Moon; Senbonzakura Slot Level: 1 Description: The magic infused material within the katana unleashes a burst of non-elemental mako that takes the shape of a crescent moon. This arc travels to singular target in a straight line. Upon impact, this burst delivers heavy non-elemental damage to the target.
Ability
Name: Heavenly Smite Description: A technique of the Hidden Moon as a non-elemental mako cloaks her katana. The technique propels Raven in a straight line as she slashes into the target. Damage is relatively moderate, but the Mako briefly stuns the target for a turn.

Limit Break
Name: Frost Shield Slot Level: 1 Description: Utilizing his Ice materia, Kal is able to turn his offensive ability into a defensive and mobile shield. When this defensive measure is used, Kal's speed is drastically reduced and he is prone to back attacks. He himself is unable to attack with his blade, but may thrust his ice shield forward. Using the ice shield as an attack will end the limit break and shatter the shield.
