I'm not much of a planner to be honest. I usually just go with the flow and see where it takes me. Let me know if you want to do a thread! You can post any ideas below or contact me on discord. <3

Not too sure what the relationship between thes two might be, if there's one already. I dunno how often the turks and members of SOLDIER might work together. GAWAIN's task are more related to the public security of Midgar, specially where the reactors are concerned. Still, these two could very well have at least been in one another's presence before, even if not directly spoken.
Or maybe they've hit it up in the past at Shin-Ra's cafeteria? I wanna discuss this more in depth with you; not super sure of what Autumn does in her spare time, or what kind of missions she usually takes. Maybe they have more in common than I think!
GAWAIN had always been mildly aware of Thalia's existence, her being a SOLDIER, but it seems he's more interested in her and her career trajectory after their squad-up at Mako Reactor 3.
He's a bit of a bit of a weirdo who treats younger and/or lower ranking SOLDIERs he actually interacts with like younger siblings, so he may be looking out for her now, pushing more interesting missions her way to see how she handles herself and maybe even ocassionally joining on some vague excuse whenever the stars align and he finds himself free to do so. Of course, that is, if you want! Would love to hear what you've in mind!
Though Blake and GAWAIN are practically the same age, I almost can't imagine them having met at any point in the past. Still, I'm sure there's gotta be something we can push them towards. Perhaps Blake interviewed GAWAIN in the past? He was an investigative journalist, so I dunno if War Journalism would be a thing he would take part of at any point.
Maybe he interviewed some members of the ROUND TABLE like ARTHUR or LANCELOT about things like the Jenova Cells Cult, since those are something that would be handled by the guys meant to be handling public security and so knows enough to recognize one its members at least?
Autumn is very friendly and ambitious. She would have gone out of her way to introduce herself even if they didn't have an excuse to work together. Maybe they are friends outside of work?
Thalia is someone who pretends she doesn't need anyone else's approval and although she's not overly ambitious, I do think she would respond well to someone that she respects taking an interest. She needs some friends and she'll definitely try to show off if she thinks he is looking.
I really like the idea of Gawain being connected to Blake's past as a reporter. He could bring out a more grounded version of the character for a conversation, if that's the way it goes. I can imagine he might have followed Gawain around as a war correspondent in Wu-Tai for at least a few weeks, possibly longer. I think Blake would have been a big fan of Gawain at the time. Although, probably not anymore.
Best buddies? Best buddies. She introduced herself and they hit it off immediately. Their department and schedules don't quite align more often than not, but they do hang about HQ at times to catch up.
Maybe Autumn ocassionally pays visits to his office to make sure he hasn't died drowned under a mountain of paperwork?
GAWAIN, as has been established, does not often have free time, but what little he has he usually spends in a 70s style dinner on the way home from the train station at sector 5, top plate. It is a charming place! Mom & pop's style business, good if simple food, and the best goshdarn Jukebox 30 years running, Ol' Barbra!
... Maybe it's a bit on the quaint side for a high class lady like Autumn? Maybe she gets to pick where they hang out on the few times they get to.
Though recently GAWAIN has found a nice little jazz bar were they could also chat and have fun.
Ambitious or not, this is anime, Thalia m'gal! You've already been noticed by the overealous and weird Mentor-like figure! Tsuntsun or deredere, there's nothing left but to grow and flourish now!
Love it!
GAWAIN will try to be subtle at first at the very least, in the way he casually slides missions her way whether she likes it or not, but expect headpats eventually!
I like this idea! GAWAIN would certainly want to figure out what happened to the succesful(?) journalist he spoke with all those years ago.
You see, while he and ROUND TABLE hold relatively high ranks and authority within the Shin-Ra army, they are by no means members of the inner circle of Shin-Ra, and as such, not at all privy to the information regarding all manner of dark ops performed by Shin-ra to stomp out any opposition. GAWAIN has certainly participated in quite a few... but he ain't privy to anywhere near most of them.
His loyalty to Shin-Ra is very strong, but it's always fun to put it to the test with stuff like this!
