Factions & Claims

Roleyplay positions are important to the site plot. The applications for these roles will be looked at a bit more closely than your average profile. By taking one of these roles you must agree that the site can continue to use the character if you go inactive and that we may allow another member to adopt them or kill them off (applying for one of these roles implies consent).

Avalanche Cell Leaders, Shin-ra Executives, and other leadership positions must have 1-3 quests available for member sign-ups at any time. They must also post at least once every two weeks. These leaders may purchase one extra additional archetype point from the shop, allowing them to have a total of six possible archetype points.

You can post in this thread to reserve a position for two weeks. You must have your application in the notification thread by the end of that week before the reservation is removed.

Wutai Cell

Wutai Cell Leader- The leader of a cell of foreign operatives from the land of Wutai who seek to undermine and collect intelligence against Shin-Ra in hopes of disrupting the occupation of their country.

Cosmo Canyon Cell

Cosmo Canyon Cell Leader- The leader of this cell became woke about the lifestream at the distant Cosmo Canyon. They operate a cell that is made up of mostly locals. This group was first called Avalanche as a misnomer by Shin-Ra, mistaking them for more members of the Wutai based group, but recently they have become officially recognized as an independent cell.

Native Cell Leader- This cell is predominantly made up of those who are native to the continent, hailing from Midgar and Junon. Often members include disenfranchised citizens and those who have been exposed to the dark side of Shin-Ra.

The head of Public Relations is responsible for keeping public opinion positive and boosting morale in the city of Midgar. They rush in to clean up any messes left behind by agents of the company and spin the truth to meet their needs.

Under the Weapons Development Department Director, this person oversees the Turks. Officially talent recruiters for SOLDIER, the Turks are also deployed to do the companies dirty work and are deployed in intelligence operations.

Don's Right Hand The second in command. Runs day to day operations in the Wall Market.

Mayor
The city's mayor works in the Shin-Ra Office but is in title the highest government authority in the city. Any attempts by the elected mayor of the city to exert authority over the company is met with rate hikes and slander, so they serve as more of a figurehead than anything. They are also in the pocket of the Don and serve as a middle man to keep the peace between the slums and the company.

Ancients

Ancient (4 positions total) These characters are the last known members of the ancient bloodline known as the Cetra, who have an affinity for the lifestream. Shin-Ra's science department has theorized that a living ancient can be used to find areas of highly concentrated mako perfect for building reactors. If they were discovered by Shin-Ra they may be captured for experimentation.

Reunionist Cult Leader- The charismatic leader of a new religious movement. Many of its members are citizens of Midgar that have been experimented on with Jenova Cells. These people often have visions of a Mother Goddess trapped in the Shin-ra building.
