It looks like you are purchasing 2 offensive slots for 400.
A linked slot for armor (which requires the purchase of two slots in and link- total 600)
Then blind, added effect, jump, and sense (total 800)

Total price would be 1800, so we are a little over.

What you could do is drop one weapon slot and either jump or sense. That will save you 400 and you'll have 100 hundred left over to work towards the one you passed on.
