It was the typical evening for the Wall Market. During the day turns out these people aren’t as active as they are at night. Or rather, they’re not as touchy and tweaked to no end about the slightest aggressive subject. Because it was evening, the local bar was open as of course Raven is spending her time there. The usual glares from several people, and some people are confused what to think of her were a common sight in this city Raven realized. Especially given her weapons of choice are usually what draws their attention.
Maybe I shouldn’t be wandering around with my blades. Hard to move around and crack down on things when everyone’s eyes seem to be glued to my weapons. Raven thought to herself, and while in this city very few people would know of her weapons’ origins. Any scholar would remember the way she carries herself and the way she wields these weapons are one of a swordsmater from Wutai. Thankfully Raven has never resorted into drawing her weapons nor fighting within this city. But right now she feels like she’s at a dead end. No sign of her brother, and she can’t approach any of the Shin-Ra’s rats without worrying they run back to their master. Which will raise alarm to the company and initiate a city-wide hunt for her head. Double so if they find out she comes from Wutai.
”I guess it’s about time I start looking for contracts.” Raven mutters as her amber eyes are staring down into the chilled tankard of rum. She could make out her own reflection in a vague sense. There has been talk of Avalanche around these parts, but they were just political propaganda talk. The kind that’s being fed by Shin-Ra and accepts those venom dripping lies as their reality. In a way, Raven views this whole city as one which thrives in their own illusion. The second someone tries to break that illusion, Shin-Ra stomps them out, well except for Avalanche apparently.
Right now the short dark haired woman is sitting at a bar counter with a tankard of rum in front of her. Nursing the alcohol as it were. Usually she wears the grey beanie on her head, but she decided to take it off and stuff inside of her dark grey cargo pants. Raven sports a purple v-neck shirt that’s buttoned up to her collarbone. Around her belt is a wakizashi at her rear with the hilt directed to her left side. On her left side is a longer, slightly curved sword and of course both are sheathed. Nestled nicely on her right wrist is a silver bangle that has one golden materia set into it.
