Mov is a mysterious person with a laid back personality. He has only recently moved to the slums, and is already making his mark. He is an expert investigator, and specializes in getting information from and about dangerous people. He dabbles in drug, weapon, and illegal item sales in the black market, and is gunning to be the next Don of the Slums, but he supposes everybody does. He is a skilled hand to hand fighter, but is unable to use magic himself. Mov is a hard to read person, and often hides how he feels with humor and a long puff of a cigar. He is known for bending the truth to be in his favor and telling tall tales about himself that shouldn't be believed at face value. However, though he may seem like your typical criminal, he is really not that dangerous. His laid back attitude makes it so that he doesn't really care about what people say about him, and he isn't the type of person to carry grudges or start fights. He can be very stupid and gullible at times, and is all around childish. To be completely honest, he really isn't all that suited to be a hard criminal, (much less the Don), and the only reason he is doing so well in the slums is that people enjoy his humor and stupid tales of grandeur.
