Lucas could feel the elevator rise up to the directors levels as he looked at his body, he still couldnt believe it..he actually survived the mako infusion process with a 60% chance but the higher his chances of surviving the better but the fact that he survived the infusion process was nothing short of a miracle yes he was a 3rd class SOLIDER but that didnt matter he managed to make it into solider. As the elevator stopped with a ding! and its doors opened he walked through the doors to search for his sisters new office this was a good time to follow the map as the building had on each floor to help with new arrivals at the company

If Lucas followed his map, he would soon come across the Public Relations Department. It was clearly the friendly face of the company and had thus received more love than the drab turk offices downstairs especially when it came to interior decorating. Everything here was sleek glass and darkly modern.
A gorgeous woman dressed like an airship stewardess grinned at him from behind the reception desk as a red light scanned his body. Lucas Garret. The mechanical voice announced and the woman gestured towards Autumn’s office which was around the corner.
There was a dark haired man in a suit standing guard outside her door and he seemed to recognize Lucas as he approached. The man knocked on her door and opened it just a crack. There was a brief conversation before he nodded and stepped aside to allow Lucas in to see his sister.
Autumn was sitting behind a dark hardwood desk in a spacious but dimly lit room, a gorgeous view of the setting sun over Midgar was framed in the large window behind her.
“It’s about time you stop by to see big sis-” Autumn looked up and stopped immediately, speechless. She was about to give him a hard time about not visiting her in the hospital but it was immediately apparent what had happened.
“Well,” She slammed her notebook closed and stood up with a grim expression. Now that he had a good look at her he would notice her clothes looked more expensive but her arm was still wrapped in a sling. “I guess you’ve been busy.”
he blinked a couple of times bat her new expensive clothes but saw that her arm was wrapped in a sling, typical first aid proceidure "well...i figured after the incident you wouldnt really want me to see you weak like that even though they told Gawain and I you were gonna make it, besides you've been busy too congragulations sis" he said with a smile before feeling his stomach drop as she looked at him grimly "yeah about that...its difficult to explain...you want the short version or the long version?"

“You did this behind my back?” Autumn stared icily at her younger brother. His eyes were different, brighter, and he looked stronger… like a SOLDIER. Her voice came out as an accusing hiss. “You left me there. All alone in the hospital with these people.”
After everything they had seen. The things they had discussed. Lucas knew better than to trust their uncle but he left her in the care of Shin-ra doctors. What if the science department had gotten their hands on her? And what was worse was that he had signed up to be experimented on. Her brother had changed in more ways than one.
“Do you have any idea how worried I’ve been? What if you’d died and I wasn’t there? You’d really just leave me here with no goodbye?”
Lucas looked at her hearing her hiss accusing him of becoming the one thing they knew they shouldnt have trusted their uncle he grit his teeth before looking at her "i couldnt do anything when gawain and i got you to the med bay...all i could do was wait...you think i wasnt worried as well?" he told her tears welling up showing that while he may had signed up he was still human somehow "i joined solider because simply one thing:i wanted to protect you so that same thing doesnt happen again..." he said holding his arms thinking back to the day where it seemed like he almost lost her "when i go to bed its still scares me honestly it will happen again...but there were times i wondered before...why wasnt it me?..." he said softly almost unbecoming of a solider
