Description: Rumor has it that there is an illegal street race happening tonight on the sector 4 railway after the train station shuts down for the night. Avalanche, unaffiliated, or off duty Shin-Ra could break the law and join the race. On duty Shin-Ra security forces may be deployed to shut it down. Bring a motorbike or rent one from the bookie!
