About: A veteran of the Wutai war, Dallas was part of Shin-Ra's elite Alpha Unit as an Underwater MP, safeguarding the top-secret reactors used during shoreline offenses against the enemy. He was commended for his exceptional bravery and valor after eliminating an entire pagoda full of ninjas during the closing days of the war, though his ruthless methods were questioned by some in his squad. After the war, he spent a few years in the Golden Saucer as a chocobo jockey before being recruited by Shin-Ra as a member of the Turks.
Corporate's secret police found him an effective agent during his long tenure, but due to a falling out with his superiors after a botched mission, Dallas was demoted and removed from the Turks. Reaching out to his underworld contacts developed during his time in the Golden Saucer, Dallas began working for the Don of the Slums in Wall Market. Rising quickly through the ranks, Dallas became the Don's chief enforcer in short order.
Being the Don's sword is not without its risks. Dallas was recently the target of a bombing that left burns across his face and body. The attempt on his life has filled Dallas with vengeful rage, which he now directs at all of his enemies, real and perceived.
